Happy Holidays!

It is hard to believe that I am saying that already! This year has certainly flown by. With the holiday’s approaching, I think it appropriate to remind families of policies and procedures regarding food and decorations being brought into the facility. We encourage families to decorate and have fun at the holidays and the residents certainly love gifts! We kindly ask that any decorations especially Christmas trees and wreaths, are artificial as they can pose as fire hazards. Residents also may not have extension cords for decorations.  We also asked that if you are wanting to bring in food items to check with nursing staff if you are unsure of your loved one’s diet regimen.

If at any time you have questions regarding what may or may not be brought into the facility, please do not hesitate in reaching out to one of our staff members.
